DESCRIPTION
Rami was wondering why people in UK pronounced the cake Jaffa Cake, yet despite that it has the same spelling as the city of Yaffa in Palestine. So, after he began researching it, it turns out that the Jaffa Cake is named that way because it uses the Jaffa orange as its flavor. The more he found that the history of the Jaffa orange and this little confectionary can teach us a lot about the history of Palestine.
