CLIMAVORE is a project initiated by Cooking Sections, Alon Schwabe and Daniel Fernandez Pascual, conceived as a research platform and an agency that questions how to eat as humans change climates. Continuing the work of CLIMAVORE on seasons of drought and wetland disappearance, CLIMAVORE x Jameel at the Royal College of Art is a research initiative that reimagines foodways for drylands and wetlands in the climate crisis.
Salma Serry is a food history researcher, filmmaker and founding curator of Sufra_archive, a library dedicated to the modern food history of Southwest Asia and North Africa, housing the largest collection of historical Arabic cookbooks and culinary ephemera.
